Daylight saving time ends on October 29 at 2:00 am when clocks will be turned back an hour to 1:00 am. The extra hour worked by employees will require employers to pay them for that time, and the extra hour should be counted toward overtime calculation. Note that Arizona and Hawaii do not observe daylight saving time. Indiana recently began to observe daylight saving time.
