Jackson Lewis: How to Stay Union Free 2010 Series

Unions will achieve a big victory should the Senate HELP committee approve the nomination of Craig Becker for a seat on the NLRB. Such approval may come as early as February 4.  Becker is currently Associate General Counsel for the Service Employees International Union (SEIU), the fastest growing union in the country. His strongly anti-employer writings have been soundly condemned by the business community and labor law scholars. If confirmed by the full Senate as expected, he, along with Chairman Lieberman, will radically change the law and practice of union organizing. Some have suggested EFCA may not even be necessary to achieve Labor's organizing objectives. Attend the How To Stay Union Free to learn how the Obama Board will effect your union free workplace.
