Houchens Food Group, Inc., owner and operator of Pic-N-Sav grocery stores in several states and headquartered in Bowling Green, Kentucky, violated federal anti-discrimination laws by tolerating a hostile environment of sexual harassment by a customer, the U.S. Equal Employment Opportunity Commission (EEOC) charged in a lawsuit filed yesterday.
